• The multi-saver - The basis for excellent energy efficiency is provided by the SIGMA PROFILE rotors, which are flow-optimised. This energy efficiency is maximised with the use of high-performance IE4 drive motors and KAESER’s 1:1 drive, which eliminates the transmission losses that come with gear or V-belt driven systems. The radial fan and SIGMA CONTROL 2 compressor controller also contribute to energy savings, by minimising cost-intensive idling periods.

• Electronic Thermo Management (ETM) - The ETM dynamically controls the fluid temperature, which helps to increase energy efficiency. The DSDX rotary screw compressors are also equipped with a second ETM system if the heat recovery option is chosen. This enables heat recovery to specifically suit the customer’s exact requirements and up to 96% of this energy can be recovered and reused.
